Open Question: How much money should I charge for shoveling a regular suburban driveway?

Tomorrow there's going to be a huge snowstorm adding onto the old one, which should be about 2ft. But then again, 99% of people are already done with shoveling from the last one, and obviously it wouldn't be 2ft. Tomorrow the weather channel is calling for 12-18 inches of snow, and I'm prepared to go shoveling. Unfortunately, I was too busy to go shoveling in the last storm, so I couldn't get any money. I just need to know, how much should I charge? It's basically a regular suburban neighborhood with no super fancy houses. I think I should charge about $12.50 per driveway, with an extra $0.50 for salt. Also, how much salt do I add to the driveway? I don't want to add too little, or too much. If someone could please help that would be suuuuuuper great :)

Open Question: What size LPG pipe should I use for my dual fuel cooker?

I have an LPG fuelled boiler and am looking to install a new dwal fuel cooker which will need a supply. There is a 2000L tank in the garden with a yellow (25mm?) supply that rises by the outside wall near the boiler. There is a valve just before a 90 deg. bend and reducer and it enters the house in 15mm copper to serve just the boiler. Do I need to tee off the 15mm pipe for the cooker or should it be a 22mm pipe? There are 8 gas burners on the new cooker and the ovens are electric. Thanks

Open Question: Are any garage ceilings made with metal joists?

I am trying to hang a heavy bag from my garage ceiling. Are there metal joists in some garage ceilings? I am unable to locate any wood when drilling pilot holes... Are the joists always run horizontally or are they sometimes run vertically?

Open Question: How much does a good toilet cost?

My husband and I bought a house and we've had nothing but trouble with the toilet in the main bathroom. Neither of us have ever bought a toilet before and they come in all price ranges. We don't need anything fancy but we don't want to go to cheap. What is a good price to spend on a toilet?
