How to Remove Tub Without Demolition.?I have a second floor bathroom that has had water damage to the underlayment and subfloor. I have removed Tile, and will be removing the toilet and vanity. However, it seems that the subfloor under the bathtub is also damaged. The joists are in good shape as I can see them from the unfinished Laundy Room Below, also the subfloor is not rotted all of the way through, i.e. no black underneath. Is there a way to remove the tub, remove the subfloor, and replace the tub, without buying a new one? Thanks. Open Question: What is a good fabric that won't catch dog hair?I want to stitch a summer-time down blanket for my girlfriend. I know that sounds like a paradox, but I just want to make a simple throw that is lightweight and still warm for those spring and fall nights with the windows open. The dogs sleep on the bed, so I want to do the top in a fabric that won't catch pet hair. Is there a recommended soft fabric besides a lightweight nylon?
