Open Question: How can I put a lock on my washer and dryer?I live in an apartment and we have washer and dryer hook-ups in the basement. I think somebody uses my appliances without asking me. I just wanted to know how can I put locks on them? Open Question: Need some help with a gold cleaning process... any jewelers around?I took in a couple of my pieces to be repaired & cleaned... My chain was so so so beautifully shiny, like always when comming back from the jewelers. Well I asked what process was used to clean it & the jeweler stated that with the necklaces a "bom" was used (maybe balm, or bomb, hahaha) anywho he said it was a chemical process. What exactly is it. I would love to be able to clean all of my pieces so beautifully at home. Would a tumbler w/ shot be good... IDK... help please :) Open Question: Retrofitting extra insulation into a cathedral ceiling?i'm getting a lot of roof snow melt (heat loss) over the cathedral ceilings which are everywhere in my home except the bedrooms where the attic is located. is there an easy and cheap way to add insulation into the the cathedrals?
