Open Question: Is this a Good DIY Business idea?

I was thinking of Re-pholstering furniture That I find for free on buy and sell website or used furniture from Thrift stores. Like wing back chairs or dining room chairs and old couches. Then I would repaint them and reupolster them and sell them back on the buy and sell website.. I did a test run on a piece of furniture someone had bought and reupolsted for only 30 dollars- I tried to sell it on the buy and sell website for 75.00 and Some one had wanted to purchase it for full price. (I did not have the item only a picture to see if it would sell) Do you think this is a good Idea.. what kind of supplies would I need to get started. What kind of space would I need to do this in?

I'm in the process of finishing my basement. Part of that I'm redoing a lot of the plumbing. I'm thinking someday I might want to install a sprinkler system outside. I'm wondering if I should do any of the plumbing for that while everything is exposed. do most sprinkler systems have their own spigot or branch off a outside one? Please help. Thank you.
