Open Question: Is water-resustant glue toxic?

I plan to use water-resistant glue for patching up a cup and im afraid that after it dries, the liquid in it being consumed will inevitably touch the area of the glue ... so by consuming the liquid even after the glue has had 2 days to dry, is it poisonous?

Open Question: WHAT DID THEY DOOOOO?

NOOOOOO! anyway at my home i have a mouse that is just like hoffman(sly, smart and handsome) evrytime i try and kill it, traps, poison lightmass bombs xD xD xD jk. it keeps coming back. the other day i was in my kitchen makin' french fries when the mouse appeared. we looked at each other for a few seconds before it tried to run away. so i grabbed the frying pan and went after him, after a few minutes of chasing him i slipped and accidently knocke my can of deodorant into the stove. my kitchen had a mini explosion. i am DEAD SERIOUS guys. i think that the mouse has it out for me.
