Open Question: recessed light wiring (no attic acess)?

I am installing IC recessed lights (no attic acess). I have one existing light in the middle of ceiling, I am planning to wire in series (9 of them). My question is, since I can't get to attic there will be wires all over the ceiling is it safe? I don't see any ways to hold the wires down in between joist and punch through them one fixture to another. Unless drop whole ceiling down. My understanding to IC recessed light fixture was made for this purpose, so I don't create fire with insulations. I just don't have clear idea about wires inside all over the ceiling. Thanks.

Open Question: I need to pull a new wire through a 3/4" galvanized conduit.?

I'm adding a new 30 amp circuit, and was wondering if I could pull two sets of 10/2 romex through a 3/4" galvanized line. Either wire will be on seperate circuits, one a 30 amp, the other a 40 amp. Is there a limit to what I can pull through the conduit? Thanks for the responses

Open Question: How do I lay Floor Tiles on Bathroom Wall?

I have bought a batch of Ceramic Floor Tiles hoping to lay them on our Bathroom Wall (Complete re-fit) and I was worried about the weight etc of the tiles and what grout specifically would be good and as it will become a kind of wet-room - would i need to Cement Board first? Also would i use floor spacers or wall spacers as they are big tiles (45cm x 45cm) - Am I Best using powder rather than pre-set grout/adhesive? Thanks
