Open Question: what is your experience with metal porch awings?

I am thinking about installing a prefab metal roof/awing over my plain back porch. The kind that attaches to the house. The deck is small (8 X 10) and the cost would be about $800.00 for the roof and three supports. Do you think this is the best way to go?

Open Question: Any suggestions to covering up an out-of-service, filled with dirt, in ground spa?

I have this eye-soar in my backyard and would like to cover it up. I saw once a so-called lounger, almost bed that was built with plywood and covered with outdoor cushions. I wonder if that is even practical or affordable. Would that become an even worse eye-soar than what I have now?

Open Question: how to take a plastic spoon out a toilet?

Some one flush a disposable plastic spoon down a toilet of my house. Since that, the flush is never smooth. I think the spoon is stuck somewhere in the toilet.

Open Question: How to make two wall switches work for 1 outlet?

I just move in to a house that has an add on, there is a switch in the room but it did work for any of the outlets so, there was a housing for a light up on the wall so i hooked up a light a it worked but when i went to turn it off i didn't work so think well if this was an add on maybe the switch on the other side of the wall will work and it did, but the switch in the room isn't even hooked up but i took it out last night and the wires where still connected to themselves but i took them apart and all the power went out in the add on, so my question is how can i make the switch in the room work for just the wall lap and not the whole room???
