Im wiring in a 18-Amp air compressor. I have four 10 gage wires coming from the breaker box. Black/Red/Green/White. The Air compressor only has a place for the Black/Red/Green wires. So what should I do with the white wire?? Also I messed up and bought all 1/2" conduit. The wire O.D is just slightly larger. Can I remove the four wires from the main insulation so it can fit through the conduit? All 4 wires have their own black/red/green/white insulation.
