Open Question: Can anyone from Ireland or UK help me with prices of wood?

Around how much would this cost from a lumber yard? ~ (1) sheet of 3/4" plywood (get it cut to 39 inches by 75 inches at the place if possible) ~ (12) 2x6's ~ (6) 2x4's

Open Question: toilet keeps running water?

Toilet keeps running water after flushing. I opened the lid and the water was at the normal level. I lifted the float ball about a hundredth of an inch and the water stopped (very little pressure). How do I fix this, so that the water will stop after a normal flush?

Open Question: What is the order of remodeling a room?

I am going to be remodeling my bedroom. The walls are the old horse hair plaster walls. There's a carpet with hardwood floors underneath. Ceiling is in great condition so I won't need to remove it. Maybe sand it and repaint it. Here is what I want to do and hopefully in the right order: 1. rip up part of carpet, but still keep it in place when tearing down walls. 2. tear down walls 3. sand floors 4. hang drywall 5. paint walls 6. stain floors. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am really just looking for the right pecking order and I may have missed the small stuff, ie. innsulation ect. Thanks for your help Chris
