Open Question: cleaning basement concrete question.?

I am having trouble prepping my new basement floor before putting down an epoxy coating. I've finished the etching and used the power washer (no detergent) two nights in a row. I push broomed and squeegeed the floor both nights but when it dries there is still a very light film of dust or dirt. This is a 2000 sq foot floor so i'm pretty tired by now. My question is, should i make sure ALL the dust is up before I lay down the epoxy? or am I overreacting? And if I do need to get it all up how would I go about doing it? I'm thinking about using a detergent in my power washer and shop vac-ing it up, but I don't want to do it just to see it dry again with that film still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Open Question: Oven Range Power Cord Installation.?

I accidentally removed the copper bonding strip for a 3 wire plug. Can I try and replace the bonding strip? Do I need a new module? I Don't have the expertise (obviously) to install a 4 wire plug that would require the bonding strip to be removed. Thanks, There is a copper bonding strip that runs from the neutral wire to the ground for the the 3 wire plug installation. The 4 wire plug installation direct that this be cut off. Not sure what to do from here. Thanks for the feedback Willy
