Open Question: How can I put up this curtain pole? Hi, Have just moved into a new home and need to put up a curtain pole in the spare room. Managed to do all other rooms fine, but in this room, there is no wooden curtain rail mount thing (the plank of wood attached to the wall) We've tried drilling straight into the wall, but its so tough, its broken about 10 drill bits now and is completely impossible, the wall is like steel!!!
