Open Question: How do I measure for an over the range microwave?Is the front of the microwave suppose to be flush with the cabinet or is it suppose to stick out some? How much space has to be under the microwave from an electric stove? Does the microwave have to be the exact width of the opening or can it be an inch smaller? Open Question: How to adjust a non-stretch pattern for stretchy fabric?I would like to sew myself a bikini top. I have great instructions on how to make a bra pattern that works and is possible to adjust to just about any type of bra. But the fabric I have stretches about 50% to any direction. Would it make sense to decrease all measurements by 1/3? (not exactly, I need to find out how much the fabric is stretched when pulling both ways) Or should I only do so horizontally? This messes up the geometry and makes the further instructions useless. I get to such measurments that I could as well just sew the fabric flat to the wire, which won't obviously work. So, should I decrease everything in the cup and make it stretch on the underwire, or rather try to figure out a way how to do so only horizontally? The fabric is very easy to stretch until it reaches it's limit. I probably have a bit confused terminology. Every two piece swimsuit is called a "bikini" over here. I need a bra-like construction because I'm quite large in the top part.
