Yes it's legal I don't care at all what you think about it, i'm building one. Open Question: How do we fix noisy molding/trim?We put up new baseboards in our bedroom and painted them white. They make a weird cracking/popping sound sometimes. We painted them with normal semi-gloss trim paint. The noisiest board is the one along the wall that the other side is outside and there are also two floor vents on that side. We think it's the boards expanding and contracting with the variable temperatures. But how do we fix it? It's really annoying at night.
