Open Question: how to remove bleach stains from carpet? and more... Open Question: how to remove bleach stains from carpet?i was going into the master bathroom to clean it and i accidentally dripped some toilet cleaning gel and it says there's bleach in it, i scrubbed out the blue stain but now it has turned the carpet yellow the carpet is a beige color did i mention this house is a rental so is there anyway to reverse this without losing my deposit or replacing the entire carpet thanks Open Question: I just love the way fitted sheets fit mattresses up to 15, 16, 17, 18 inches wide and...?...more but not just 12. Why? The fitted sheets that fit mattresses exceeding the width of a mattress, for example mine is 12 inches wide, leaves a lot of excess materiel which changes a fitted sheet from being fitted to unfit. Using the term, "up to" in incorrect since the connotation suggests that is fits all mattresses including my 12 inch all the way up to and including an 18 Inch mattress. Are the sheet makers pulling one over on the public? Until they can make a fitted sheet that has "One size fits all," they need to be held accountable for the description of the sheets they are selling. I have taken 3 sets back already and will continue to do so. When the sales drastically drop off, perhaps they will correct the sizes and descriptions. Any other ideas out there on how I and others can start buying fitted sheets that fit? Open Question: Tiling. A few questions? We have removed the tiles from our walls in the bathroom, and the old adhesive is still on the wall. My question is, can I put the new adhesive over the old the adhesive? And can I put adhesive over paint or do I have to strip the paint first? Thanks, Shelly More Recent Articles |
