Open Question: Window security film? Does it work?

My house recently got broken into by the front door. My front door is a stupid major security flaw. It has 12 little panes of glass with 4 going vertical on each side..they just broke a window near the lock and unlocked it like that... So I was wondering if the security film works for this type of situation? Does it make it unbreakable or what and where would I buy like a 20 ft roll online?

Open Question: How to insulate exterior walls?

I recently purchased a mobile home. I pulled the sheetrock because of a mold problem caused by a leaky pipe. When the framing was exposed I noticed that the outside walls were not sheeted with plywood, instead there is a card board type weather barrier between the studs and the vinyl siding. I am planning on pulling all of the insulation and replacing with mold resistant R-19. Would it be better or worse to place a layer of plastic sheeting between the siding and insulation? I also intend to place plastic between the insulation and drywall. What is my best solution to keep the inside air inside the house without generating a moisture problem? Thanks
