I brought this rather expensive office chair 1 year ago. Yesterday I sat down to hard on one side of the chair and know its like a buckeroo cowboy! It feels as if the chair is sitting on the pole and its leaning drastically whatever I slightly put weight on, so if I sit slightly forward it just about tips me off, if i lean slightly to the right it nearly tips me off to the right. My toilets are flushing slowly if at all. Only one sink is backed up(the lowest sink in the house, in the garage) but the rest including the shower are draining fine. I've used Rid-X overnight to no effect and the use of a snake didn't do anything.
