Open Question: Will Zales replace a flawed/imperfect diamond? It was'nt like that before they sent it to fix a loose stone.?

I purchased a diamond engagement ring at Zales on the 10th of this month, got it sized so it arrived the 12th, I propose to my girlfriend and she loves the ring "its perfect" well Monday morning (02/15/2010) we find a loose stone...Whatever, no problem I take the ring back and have it sent away to fix. I get the "fixed" ring back yesterday (thursday the 18th) and my fiance notices a black spec in the inside of the ring...will they replace it?

Open Question: Trying to find a USA format light switch.?

I bought an american style switch plate (example: http://www.switchhits.com/stonique-cocoa.html) but I live in France, so the light switches aren't of the same format. Where could I get my hands on the actual light switch so I can start using my switch plate? To clarify... I'm trying to find the BUTTON placed INSIDE the switch plate.
