Open Question: I can't understand the instructions for this new door rack my mom bought on ebay, please help?My mom bought a 24inch wide adjustable door rack hooks model number 0931B off Ebay and now I'm trying to put it together with poorly translated Chinese instructions...if anyone happens to know where I can find better instructions for it, that'd be greatly appreciated. Normally one could accredit the inability to read instructions to the builder, but I'm actually pretty good with instructions, I build things for my mom often when she buys things on a whim, but these instructions have typos, no images to base it off of, and seriously confusing sentence structure. Open Question: how to remove mold from under stik it tiles in the basement, under the tile is cement?Open Question: new roof- Do I have a problem or not? Please only knowledgable responders?I used to have 3 layers of old roofing material, with plywood on the base covering my old roof.Never had a leak. But I needed a new roof because 3 layers is the max and the shingles were coming off. I had a new roof put on this summer and it looks good, but it;s alot colder in my house this winter. Just doesn't seem as insulated as it was before. I have snow on my roof, and I went up into the attic to look for the first time since I had it done, and many pieces of my wood lining my roof and the rafters seem damp. It's definately damp- the color of the wood is dark like it's wet. And it feels breezy up there. The roofer told me that they installed a ridge vent along the hipped roof and it's code and that's why it feels colder up there than it was before. But my roof already had 3 points of free air coming through- 3 literal vents that you can see air through that always seemed fine before. The bottom line is my celiling inside my roof is damp and breezy. It's colder now in my house- significantly. The roofer says this is not his fault. That the shingles can't leak. He can't speak to the proper insulation of the roof but he had to add the ridge line to code. But how did I go from a bone dry attic to a damp cold one? And this is supposed to be better??? can I get an opionion here? Open Question: What kind of poles should I use to put up a clothesline?I've searched online and everything says to tie the line to 2 trees, which I don't have, or they have instructions that include using concrete, which I can't do. Any ideas? Open Question: Is it fine to clean any disc...?with a tissue, a napkin, or your shirt. By disc i mean CD, DVD, video game disc, etc and i know a tissue and a napkin sometimes leaves some particles behind and could rip but u can just wipe off the particles off of a CD, DVD, video game disc, etc and the CD, DVD, video game disc, etc should be fine and work as good as new right? BQ - Also this is has nothing to do with cleaning a CD or a DVD but if u know the answer i'll appreciate it. Can static electricity damage a CD or a DVD? Now i don't think so cause people have told me that static electricity does damage to electronic devices and CDs and DVDs are not really electronic devices, i forgot what CDs and DVDs are called but they are not electronic devices.
